Eastside love is living on the westside

Usually I get great ideas right as I'm going to bed. (Or when I should be going to bed.) My late night internet browsing leads to some fantastic things and I get all excited. Sometimes I can't contain that itch to do/make/watch/learn for very long. (As evidenced by "The Great 5am One Man CD Burning and CD Case Construction Party" of January 2009.)

Perhaps you recall my stenciled Transformers shirts from a few posts back. Well, after 2 washes they're quite hard to read. On Wednesday night I found a different way to stencil that is much more effective so Thursday I made this:

For anyone foolish enough to not know who I would be willing to cut out and paint onto a t-shirt here's a pretty good clue.
I'm now in love with stencil making and plan to spend the rest of my days on this earth making t-shirts and other stenciled materials until I die. Who needs love and marriage when you have X-acto knives and paint.

  1. You must teach me this fabulous art! It looks very crafty and is obviously successful.

  2. Look at you little miss crafty. I want to learn your art. I'm coming to Utah August 4th through the 14th, I'm sure we'll be able to find some time to do it then right?
